Written by Bloomsburg Sports Info on 11:23 AM

Here is the Huskies Update for Wednesday, April 15.

Well, the rain has finally stopped in Bloomsburg. The weather for the next four days is looking great so we should finally be able to go a day without changing the schedule!

LACROSSE
Samantha King scored five times to lead Bloomsburg past Shippensburg, 10-9. The Huskies are now 9-4, 6-2 in the PSAC. The Huskies play at Kutztown on Thursday at 4 p.m.

SOFTBALL

The Huskies were rained out both yesterday and today with IUP. The games are now scheduled for tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Jan Hutchinson Field. Hard to believe, but these are the final two regular season home games of the year.

SOFTBALL...MORE
The national rankings came out today and the Huskies are up to number 16 in division II. Bloomsburg is 26-4 on the year and will face number 10 Kutztown on Friday and number three Lock Haven on Saturday to end the regular season.

TENNIS..TONIGHT
The Huskies travel west on I-80 today to face Division I Penn State. The Nittany Lions are coached by Todd Doebler, a 1996 BU grad.

Our weekly poll will be ending later today. Be sure to vote and look for a new poll tomorrow.
