The Huskies took a pair of games from Holy Family on Tuesday by scores of 8-0 and 1-0. Tara Reed had another big day for the Huskies going a combined 4-6 and earning a win in relief. The Huskies, 19-3, host Lock Haven on Friday in a key PSAC Central Division matchup starting at 2:30 p.m.

Bloomsburg split with Lock Haven on Tuesday winning 6-5 in nine innings and losing 9-8 in game two. Mike Austin drove home Kevin Ward with the gamewinning run in the opener. The Huskies are now 12-18 on the year and play at Mansfield on Friday at 1 p.m.

The Huskies rolled all over Cheyney by a score of 9-0. BU did not lose a set in earning the win. The Huskies play at Millersville on Friday at 2 p.m.

I hope you have been reading more and more about Twitter. Mark Cuban (owner of the NBA's Dallas Maevricks )was just fined for critizing officials on his Twitter page. Join the craze...get a page and follow the Huskies. We'll give you short updates directly to your phone or just on your web page. It's all free so sign up today at by going here. Last week's poll on about our web site gave me some good feedback. Check out this week's question and be sure to vote.

Hard to believe that we are in the final month of the athletic season. Be sure to get out and support the Huskies!
