Here is a recap of what I missed from Wednesday.

The Huskies beat East Stroudsburg, 2-1, at Sports Stadium. BU is now 8-1 overall and 2-1 in the PSAC East. Check out some of the highlights from the game by going here. The Huskies host Millersville on Saturday at noon.

Bloomsburg beat East Stroudsburg 1-0 on a penalty kick by Eric Simonds in the 95th minute. BU is now 4-1-2 on the year. The Huskies visit California on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Kelly Modes scored twice to lead Bloomsburg to a 2-1 win over East Stroudsburg on Tuesday. Bloomsburg is now 3-4-1 on the year and will host Edinboro at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

There is no action today or tomorrow for any Bloomsburg teams. On Saturday though we have a busy day of events.

Tennis starts the day at 8 a.m. with the men's and women's ITA Regional event. The tournament runs all day Saturday and Sunday with the championship matches on Monday.

The field hockey team hosts Millersville at noon in Sports Stadium, while the football team hosts CW Post on Saturday at noon. At 2 p.m. the women's soccer team is hosting Edinboro, while the men play at Cal.

Gates for football open at 10:30 a.m. All fans coming to the game get a coupon good for a $1 off admission to the Bloomsburg Fair on Saturday. Come see the Huskies then head on over to PA's largest fair, the Bloomsburg Fair!!

That's it for today. Remember, let's see a big crowd on Saturday on the upper campus. There are lots of things to choose from!!
